Double-Acting Cylinder (FL)
Powered open and closed by compressed air. Both stroke directions are air-operated, providing consistent actuation force in both directions. Ideal for applications requiring rapid cycling and precise positioning.
Pneumatic pinch valves consist of a pneumatic actuator, valve body, sleeve, and pneumatic accessories. They offer simple construction, light weight, rapid opening/closing, and extended service life. Designed for operating air supply pressures of 0.3–0.7 MPa.
The pneumatic actuator is available in double-acting or stroke-doubling cylinder configurations. When equipped with a positioner, the valve can also provide modulating control.
Pneumatic pinch valves excel in applications involving two-phase media and mixed fluids that require reliable shut-off and throttling. They handle abrasive, corrosive, and scaling media — including gas-solid mixtures, liquid-solid slurries, and even metal particle suspensions — delivering dependable isolation and flow control where conventional valves fail.
